How do I cancel an experience?

Canceling an experience is easy! Once you've had a chance to review our cancellation policy, just submit a ticket through our Help Desk and we'll take care of it.

Virtual experiences can be canceled without penalty up to seven (7) days before an experience if the experience doesn't require shipped goods, if it does then it can be canceled without penalty up to fifteen (15) days before the experience. 

In-person experience can be canceled without penalty up to fifteen (15) days before an experience unless otherwise noted on the experience page or in the emails you've received after booking the experience.

We're also more than happy to help you find a different experience or make any changes to the booking if needed!
