What happens if I have a guest that is experiencing shipping delays or has received a damaged kit?

We do everything we can to ensure your kits arrive on time and in the best condition. Unfortunately, when kits are in the hands of the courier that is shipping, delays and damages can often be out of our hands. We will still do anything possible to make things right. Please submit a ticket here to troubleshoot and for additional action to be taken. Reminder, we can not guarantee a new package or delivery before the experience date.
