What happens if I have a guest that is experiencing shipping delays or has received a damaged kit?

Marco requires all shipping addresses at least 15 business days before your experience (unless otherwise specified). Any addresses that arrive after that date cannot be guaranteed timely delivery. Kits are shipped by the host through their preferred courier and we will provide tracking numbers once the host shares them, which is usually between 2-7 business days before your class.

We do everything we can to ensure your kits arrive on time and in the best condition. Unfortunately, when kits are in the hands of the courier that is shipping, delays and damages can often be out of our hands. We will still do anything possible to make things right.

We do not cover kits that are delayed, as sadly our suppliers do not, and couriers do not guarantee delivery by the estimated arrival date specified in tracking.
