Our team has worked hard so that making changes to your experience is just as easy as booking it!
When you originally booked an experience, you received two emails from us - a request email from us acknowledging that we received your booking request and a confirmation email that confirms the Host has accepted your request. In both of those emails, we provide a link for you to make group size or scheduling changes to your reserved experience up to 15 days prior to an event with shipping and up to 7 days prior with a virtual-only event (without kits).
You can also now reschedule by accessing your Marco Experiences Dashboard.
There is no guarantee that we can make changes within the 15 days or 7 days leading up to the event. If you run into any issues or have any questions, reach out to our team at help@marcoexperiences.com.
