When will I have a final and accurate budget?

We do our best to provide up-to-date information as we receive quotes from the hotel property and external vendors. Once we have the F&B selections, your group’s rooming list, and invoices from external vendors, we will update your planning document with all included charges.

This varies per group but will be discussed throughout the planning of your event with your assigned event planner who you will be introduced to once your contract is signed.
