For an added fee, an onsite coordinator oversees various aspects of the event execution while in-person at the property, including setup, coordination with vendors, managing the schedule, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Adding an onsite coordinator will be the best way to ensure you as the planner enjoy the offsite you put so much time and planning into!
